APH- China Expo 2010 by Azureluck APH- China Expo 2010 by Azureluck
As you see, the World Expo 2010 is coming next summer, in Shanghai, China.
I wanna go over the summer and I recommend you go there cuz there's a lot of crazy buildings from all around the world you should check out!

References to the actual pavilions:
China's Pavillion [link]
Finland's Pavilion [link]
Italy's Pavilion in this picture is NOT the official. The real thing looks completely different [link]
Russia's Pavilion I got from this [link]
Britain's Pavilion [link]
Canada's Pavillion [link]

Should be doing my assignment but while in the middle of it I got distracted by this idea DX
But regardless, enjoy the comic! (:

Yeah...
He has a big pavilion, but there's not much inside. But it does look like a giant Onix or whatever that pokemon's called. XD

XD.

I went to ALL of these pavilions X3.

-Italy DID have a wall dedicated to pasta, I was really happy to see that!
-I heard that Russia's superior wanted the content of the pavilion changed. Let's see who's gonna get Kol'd for that XD

Btw, I got one of those passports and here's what I did...
-Canada under Russia, with the Baltics on the side
-UK approaching towards Germany, with Venice (Italy didn't have a stamp) hiding behind him

Yea. I've been in that one too. And I bet no Hetalia fan who went inside that pavilion did not go crazy over that wall of pasta, or should I say "PAAASTAAAH!" :la:
I've been to the Russia one too. It's mostly for eye candy. XD

Same. I've been to all of them (including China). UK's one of my favourites.

It's kinda sad that Italy didn't have a stamp, but I got one of the city ones and stamped it there. I stamped Poland and Lithuania (who has a cheap pavilion) together.
My friend wrote names of countries w/o a stamp, and somehow managed to write "NORWAY" on where it says "Denmark Pavilion" XDD

Russia's Pavilion was adorable. It showed his childlike side (but while I was lining up there was thunder XD).

Out of curiosity, how did you manage to get to the China Pavilion? What I did was get on a cab to one of the entrances before the sun rose.

BTW, did you get to check out the Japan and South Korea Pavilion? 'Cause as a Hetalia fan, comparing these two was rather amusing. (And the Korea Pavilion was a love letter to Yao)

Thankfully you're okay. :)

I did the stamping quest in Puxi (I believe?) you need to collect 15 city stamps before noon to get into China.

I didn't go to either of them because the lineup was too long. And it was pouring rain. We went for Saudi to shelter but that took even longer. :(
I heard the Japan is one of the most popular pavilions, obviously, cuz everyone likes Japan.

Oh wow the Puxi stamp thing was true??? I thought that was a rumor!

Yeah in terms of popularity the top 3 were China, Saudi Arabia, and Japan.
Which makes me proud XD. It was certainly a beautiful pavilion.

But the top pavilion award (for me, at least) has to go to the Shanghai Pavilion in the Provincial Joint Pavilion. I actually cried a little XD.

Yep! But you have to get it before noon.
You can stamp some from your favourite countries for a fastpass. I did that for Spain and Denmark, but you should choose the more popular ones.

Germany and Japan are both equally popular.
The short film in China pavilion sorta made me cry. Well not to tears, but it was very touching. I also like the animated mural.

UK and Denmark are my favourites when it comes to the pavilion design, but I didn't go to the latter because it was closed for pavilion day. ;_; but at the same time I'm happy because Denmark is one of my favourite characters in the series. :)
UK wasn't as hyped as I first thought. It took me no more than an hour. A lot of the people don't really understand and appreciate it. :/

I remember going to the 3 Spanish UBPAs to get into the Spain Pavilion. (Antonio's giant baby scared me XD).

Yeah the first half of the China Pavilion was excellent.

Yeah I did think the UK Pavilion could have been better, but someone explained the Pavilion to me afterwards and it made me like it much more. Sweden's pavilion was not spectacular but certainly creative and intelligent, as Berwald would be.
